This sunrise photo was taken from a farm road between Rogersville and Springfield. The texture and color of the clouds were magnificent as they spread across the sky. I felt as though I was chasing the sunrise as I hunted for a good location to capture the view. The colors of a sunrise can quickly dissipate as the sun climbs higher in the sky, so if unprepared the opportunity may be easily missed.
